The North Shore's finest year round indoor baseball & indoor softball training facility is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of players of all ages and abilities. Extra Innings state of the art indoor baseball training facility has 35 foot high ceilings and over 18,000 square feet, which includes indoor multi-use, turfed playing surface and a fully stocked Pro Shop. Our facility also features a Fitness Area and a Hit Trax baseball and softball simulator!
Practice batting, pitching, and fielding at your own pace! Tunnels are available year-round on a walk-in basis during standard hours of operation, however reservations are strongly recommended. Tunnels can be rented out by the half hour and full hour to the public or used weekly by select teams and/or members.

Lessons can be private one-on-one sessions or done in groups. Our staff includes former and current professional players, college all-stars, and college/high school coaches. Each instructor is trained to use a uniform step-by-step teaching system to focus on player development and encourage positive progress with each session.
